Chef Rene Caba has freshened-up the menu with an emphasis on island seafood favorites that include salmon-ahi tartare, a Tai snapper napoleon and seared garlic ahi. Also on the menu are traditional continental favorites like veal scaloppine and scampi ala sans souci.
The tabbouleh salad with grilled seasonal vegetables remains an all-time favorite.
